About Me

I was first shown an ISR video of a toddler floating in 2010 and was amazed.  The seed was planted.   As a woman starting to have children, I knew that I wanted my children (unborn at the time) to have those skills.  I researched and found a long time friend was an ISR instructor.  I signed my children up with her and haven't looked back.  

Prior to a swim instructor, I worked in insurance for 20 years.  I have my bachelor degree from Texas Tech University.  I was captain of the swim team in high school and head lifeguard at a local water park for many years.  I have loved water and been hyper aware of water safety my entire life.  I have always told my husband if it wasn't ridiculous to be a (what ever age I was at the time) life guard, I would still be one.  

I am happily married to the man of my dreams, Peter and we have three fun, charismatic and kind children: Julia, Madeline and Cole.

I can truly say that becoming a swim instructor to your child is a life long dream.  Thank you for trusting me with your child!
